Negative Ions - Negative electrons

I've always wondered why the air feels more invigorating and I feel fresher when I am at a waterfall or in the mountains? This is from the abundance of “feel good” negative ions in the air.

Depending on the ionic foot spa, some give off more or lower ions than others. When the body has more positive ions and not in balance and has fewer negative ions, the negative ions created by the ionic foot bath goes to the opposite charge in the body to make the particle stable. Ions will always go to the opposite polarity to create homeostasis (see my polarity page).

Most toxins are positively charged, including free radicals in the body. The wall outlet often has electrical spikes and unwanted EMF that can get passed into the body, especially if its an AC powered ionic foot spa. Many people use a portable generator that costs about 60 bucks and keep it charged and when they use the ionic foot bath they unplug it from the wall outlet and use the generator that is free standing so the power source doesn't have ripples (see my ripple effect page).

Note: Some ionic foot baths create positive and negative ions at the same time and others just produce only negative ions. Some have programs that can set the ionic foot spa to make different ratios of each depending on the settings. If someone has a very acidic pH they might want more negative but if someone is very alkaline they may want more positive ions. Many people want to know their pH and voltage of their body before using the ionic foot bath.

Typically, the bubbles that come off the array are usually when the ion output is really high and the arrays are new or they have higher amperage. This bubbling is when the oxygen seperates from the hydrogen bonds in the water.
