Array Types - The different types of arrays on the market
First, more and more companies are using 316L steel instead of steel with chromium oxide which is the cheapest type of steel that in the first generation ionic foot baths broke down during the electrolysis process. Many sessions per array are still only good for 3 to 5 treatments while now they go up to 50 sessions and some even 100 sessions per array but to get the maximum ionization which can be seen from the bubbling, usually its the fresh new ones that do this unless they are super sized plates or have enough amperage and voltage.

If the array is made of stainless steel I always ask if it is 316L certified (no chromium oxide in it).
Most cheaper machines that use stainless steel have chromium oxide in it that when it ends up in your water can be incredibly toxic to the body. Only 316L does not contain chromium.

Do different array designs produce different results is what I get asked a lot.  Many machines stack or place the negative and positive poles of the metal plates too close to one another and this results in scattering a mixed polarity field. Ideally, the fields should have enough distance between them to create a clear field that is able to create such a force of electromagnetic spin that it spirals the residues on the surface of the water in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction depending on what kind of polarity field you are setting. 95% of ionic foot baths are just cheap manufacturer imitations that believe all that needs to be achieved is basic electrolysis in the water and creating ions so they pay no attention or care to how the array is laid out for maximum therapeutic effect.

Personally, I would never use the ionic foot baths with wire arrays as they wear out too quickly. I also look to see how easy it is to remove and change out the arrays. Some take 45 mnutes and are tedious and some arrays take about 5 minutes. The sphere or block array types are very frustrating to reassemble.

A time that I believe is suitable for an array to last is 30 sessions. This is not with the 30th session at 10% of its ionization capacity either. Every usage gives off slightly less ion output. This is why most arrays are cheap because they are disposable and you throw them away much sooner than the arrays that cost 50 to $100 bucks each bucks each. Yes, there are some that have cost that much. The only ones that really last around 100 sessions are those that are made of superior grade metal.

If a cheap one costs 10 bucks but you only get 5 sessions out of it, thats 2 bucks a session.
If an array costs 50 a session and lasts 50 sessions then its $1 per session.
Note: I sell arrays at my cost to anyone that bought an ionic foot bath from me. Do not go by the retail prices of the arrays. I am not hear to give a good deal on a spa and then take advantage by marking the arrays up high. Nor do I discount certain foot baths full price and then mark up the arrays high. Many people think there is a catch as to why I don't mark up the arrays when most people do.

Newest Brand - Latest generation model
100% surgical steel array. SURGICAL STEEL DOES NOT CORRODE. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO REPLACE THE ARRAYS. (316 Surgical steel not 304 steel). We compared this to our Ion Cleanse and it has more amperage and is now our best built foot spa. It has a dial where you can adjust the amperage also. They are made to order in the USA and no parts are from China or assembled there. It is made in USA, (not just assembled here).

I have never seen a foot spa where you don't have to replace the arrays every 30 or sessions. It doesn't cost you 50 to 60 dollars every month for new array replacements but it dos cost more up front for this.

This machine is DC powered. No harmful EMFs like the cheap AC powered models. The ripple effect is 0.  This is a commercially built foot spa. Call for our pricing and availability. Those in dire situations may be entitled to subsidized pricing through our co-op. Ask for Wayde. 1-877-573-4647.

We do offer this as part of our co-op discounting program.
