Q Energy Spas - QEnergySpa BEFE
So, this is the first company that invented the ionic foot bath in 1996. I've spoken to the owner several times but he is so mysterious that I can't get answers like how it "really" works without using salt like all the other companies that copied them after their first model. I have reviewed this model and none of the other brands have reengineered the Q spa exactly. I am not sure if this is because of patents or they can't figure it out.

The Q energy ionic foot bath is made in Australia and no parts come from China. (Note: many of the USA made models are built here but the parts come from China and all must have salt to work).

The bathtub experience is totally different than the foot spa experience. When my body absorbs all the energy I can tell the difference when I get out of the tub. I have energy that I don't have when I take a hot bath without it.

Also, the Q2 spa has the lowest EMF of any ionic foot bath I have reviewed. Their is virtually no ripple effect when using the Q2 arrays in the bath tub. The Q spa is about twice the weight of every other ionic foot bath machine. It weighs about 8 pounds. Nearly all the others on my site weigh about 3 to 4 pounds. I urge clinics to use the professional model so it can be used all day long without getting too hot and have to cool down between users.

Regarding their Amperage:  Their machine is a 3 amps. They can't increase the power to just say 5 Amps and then claim they have BEFE. They cannot cover (electro-plating) the plates with platinum, vanadium or titanium to avoid degradation. Doing this will completely alter the signature of the material used.

Please understand that the BEFE does NOT push/pull any toxins in or out of the body. This is a massively misconstrued idea (brown water scams)
Their BEFE technology elevates the bio-energy at the cellular level and take that up to the level of the body's organs will mean that every organ will function more efficiently.
Any detoxification should be measured via improved bodily functions through the urine, stool and sweat; not from the outcome in the tub of water after a session.

The dirt, smells and precipitation in the container of water comes from the water itself and from a breakdown of the water module used. You will only ever find minute trace elements from the person's outer dermal layers in the water.

As for the Doctors who claim that they can see parasites and worms leaving the blood through the skin, all I can say is that for me to see that I will need a significant microscope, So, I don't know what they say. This could be a ring worm from the outer dermal layer.
As far as the BEFE is concerned there is ONLY 1 way for it to work.
Many of these ionic foot spas have the potential to cause cellular damage at the DNA level, as per my research most have very high EMF levels, high ripple effect, and electro smog.

What no-one has yet addressed is that the entire technology worldwide does not work as well as it did back 20 to 30 years ago, due to environmental changes and in particular, changes to the power grid. Many of the foot spas have not changed their components since their original design and have a higher ripple effect that what was once designed with in mind.

The QEnergySpa BEFE technology is so much more than just a simple detox. Everyone will eventually understand that the dirty water theory after a session with any technology is a hoax. The result does not end up in the water after a session; this is a major education point that hopefully those that come to my site wanting to but a foot bath should know.

Their foot spa is not one of the digital type that has the straps on it that you have to put around your wrist or ankle to ground it. The Q Energy foot bath is a little more expensive up front but people don't have to replace the entire array each time. I have priced this out over time and based on the average lifetime of the rings they use it should cost about 45 to 50 cents per session. The brands that you have to change out the whole array each time cost way more than 50 cents per session (unless you know a dealer that sells them at cost :)

If you want to see if this brand is right for you, take my ionic foot bath quiz. Take the ionic foot bath quiz below.
These are the arrays.  These are so strong that most people don't even use them as a foot bath but but them in their tub. I have have their top of the line model and take several baths a week with these.
This is the most expensive ionic foot spa on the market, the Q47.
This was updated in 2018 for the first time and is 30% more powerful than the original.
Note: the Q26 model that is their residential model is just as powerful as their commercial model that can be used all day in a clinic. There is no need to buy the commercial or their middle priced Q36 model if using it for home use.

For those using it for a large family then the Q36 would be more suitable but for personal use or for 2 people then the 26 model should be fine.
