Strength Levels

Everyone keeps calling asking me which is the best ionic foot spa or what do I recommend. They want something strong. I am not going to recommend for everyone the most powerful ionic foot bath. Not everyone can handle the high ion output spas. Their body can't detox fast enough. It's like taking the best probiotics but what is really needed is to get a series of colonics first to clean the gut from years of toxic build up and then get on the probiotics.

The probiotics can't attach to the villi in the intestine because of the sediment from all those years. Even the most expensive probiotic probably won't do as they claim and they never ask what their customer's current body ecology is and just try to sell them their probiotic.

The more ions a stronger ionic foot spa creates, the more negative ions that can attach to the heavy metals in the body. The ions also can attach to the plaque that is in the body. They find their way very quickly there have almost always the highest positive ions as they are holding the acidic wastes in the body so the body doesn't acidify. It's called homeostasis. Something I learned in grade school.

The problem is when the body gets too many negative electrons, the plaques and heavy metals can become neutralized and flow back into the bloodstream so it can be eliminated. The ionic foot bath that has too high of a strength level can produce too many negative ions and too much waste gets eliminated at once and a body that is too toxic to eliminate them can be in trouble. Many people do lymphatic exercise before their sessions and do a sweat session after their ionic foot spa to go through a detox circuit. Eliminating the toxins in the body is only good if they can be eliminated.

The toxins with high strength ionic foot spas don't always eliminate into the foot spas during the session but through the stool and urine afterwards. Many people say their urine and stool have a funny color and smells bad.
